Become a part of Townsquare Media’s team in Atlantic City. Network while building working relationships with local and national clients. This unique opportunity will allow you to develop skills that are important in establishing a successful and rewarding career while building resume experience! Our highly visible, fast-paced Promotions Department depends on energetic interns to support the functions of marketing to reflect the needs and wants of our target audiences. Interns will be responsible for learning the promotions, sales and production aspects of working at a radio group. Duties will include writing marketing proposals for upcoming promotions, maintaining station vehicles, promotional deliveries, updating the winner database, formulating special contests and promotional ideas, helping in event management and live broadcasts and researching possible promotional ideas.

The internship is an unpaid position, and candidates must be receiving college credits. We require an 8-hour per week commitment from our interns. Also, we ask that interns also attend AT LEAST 1, if not more remotes each week.

Radio Producer Internship

LOTS OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN ONE INTERNSHIP! Get behind the scenes of a weekly radio program and learn how to be a radio show producer. You will work directly with radio host, Robin Stoloff, former NBC 40 Health Reporter on Living Well with Robin Stoloff. This two hour program airs every Sunday from 9-11 on Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG. Robin interviews six medical professionals in every show and offers health tips throughout the program. You will help develop ideas, contact guests and write segments. You will also help maintain the show’s web page and blog. In addition, Robin videotapes many of her segments on professional quality equipment. You will get hands on experience with shooting and editing video. Experience with video, writing, and social media is preferred.

Positive attitude and good work ethic is a must. If you are a go-getter who wants a variety of experience to help you stand out from the rest, this is the internship for you!
