At The TASC Group our work is meaningful. We do well by doing good — and our team genuinely appreciates the caliber of clients we serve. The brand equity of those clients in the world of social justice, advocacy and campaigning speaks for itself. TASC’s past and current partners include the Trayvon Martin Family Foundation, Mikie Sherrill for Congress, the Heather Heyer Foundation, the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, NYU Tisch School of the Arts and the Amalgamated Transit Union. The firm’s background in strategic communications, public affairs and crisis communications means that working at TASC is a unique experience for an aspiring communications professional.
No other firm in the industry provides the same opportunity to develop in-depth experience in hotly sought-after niches like thought leadership development, media coordination for premier red carpets, union strike management and building out campaign communications teams.
We love our clients’ missions and invest in our talented team so they grow and achieve their goals. Interested in working with us? We are looking for strategic, intelligent Public Relations and Advocacy Interns who are passionate about social change and want to influence the world.
A typical day at TASC may include writing op-eds for placement in national flagship publications to rehabilitate a thought leader’s reputation, developing the media outreach strategy to build brand equity for a global nonprofit or working closely with a top-tier enterprise reporter as they build out a longform feature profile of your client.
