Profile

The Development Intern position will provide opportunities to participate in and learn more about the development best practices and standards, technical design and troubleshooting, required to deliver world-class web sites for world-class brands. You’ll work as a member of the technical and artistic team that designs, implements, deploys and maintains sites for some of the largest and most recognizable brands in the world.
This 12-week internship commences September 13, 2021. Deadline to apply for this internship is July 9, 2021.
You Will:
Assist with implementation of project architecture, standards and processes
Participate in implementation, testing and deployment of new sites
Participate in ongoing maintenance activities
Assist with client interactions and work with the account and project teams
Assist in live debugging of the sites
Attend regular project technical team meetings
Assist with development of project code
Create and maintain project documentation, in accordance with established standards
You Have:
Programming skills in Java, SQL, Javascript, CSS and HTML
Ability to work independently and to exercise strong technical judgment
Experience with or awareness of version control systems and web servers
Familiarity with Linux or other Unix-like operating systems
Interest in learning new technologies
Strong focus on client care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, client-services environment
