Artistic and creative; strong presentation, verbal, visual, and written communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines; knowledge of video editing

Time management skills:
You'll often find that you're juggling several projects almost simultaneously.
Teamwork skills
: Designers must be able to collaborate and get along with others when they work as part of a design team.
Technical skills
: A knowledge of both typography and
color
theory is critical.
Software skills
: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
. Knowledge of Premier Pro is a plus.
What will you be doing?
To declutter information, to create value.
Work closely with the internal HR team
and the marketing design team
to help create visually consistent brand communication.
Create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities.
Design presentations, one
pagers,
employee
documents, graphics,
e-mailers
reports,
recruitment posters
, and other communication materials.
Meet with stakeholders to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
Produce drafts for review by stakeholders and make revisions based on the feedback received.
