Job Description

Role Summary:This position will be a part of the Xfinity Retail Marketing team and will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of in-store marketing initiatives across the footprint of Xfinity Retail stores.

Reporting to the Specialist, Retail Marketing, this position will support the business by assisting in marketing creative development for defined projects and driving implementation of in-store marketing campaigns. This candidate will be responsible for leading timelines, overall project management and working closely with the Marketing Execution team to support the execution of resets and go-market-execution.

Core Responsibilities:


Help create and manage print signage tactical plans for all Retail marketing programs for Marketing Execution and GTM teams

Assist in the development of ongoing key in-store promotional creative programs through creative execution

Coordinate timelines and overall project management for all defined initiatives

Additional projects as defined by Specialist and Director


Skills:


Multi-tasking, teamwork and problem solving.

As a member of a cross-functional, fast paced team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills, project management capability and flexibility.

Prior marketing experience preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


Basic Requirements:


Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree from a college or university

Ability to work 40 hours the entire duration of the program

Authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future


Pay:

The range for this role is $18-$20/hour and is based on academic level of achievement and business structure.


Rising Sophomore: $18/hour

Rising Junior: $19/hour

Rising Senior: $20/hour

Base Pay: $28.00
