Retirement Consulting Interns (Winter, Summer and Fall) Do you have strong analytical skills and want to develop your skills in a changing professional environment? Aon is looking for Retirement Consulting Interns in Montreal and Quebec City!This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Montreal office.Available locations: Quebec City (summer) and Montreal (winter, summer, fall)Aon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeProvide consulting services and technical support to various clients;Produce pension specific calculations such as actuarial valuations, improvement studies and projections;Production of specific pension plan benefit calculations according to established standards and procedures in the case of: termination of service, retirement, death, assignment of rights;Prepares annual reports, financial reports and member statements according to established standards and procedures;Prepares reports and letters and participates in other projects in the field;Participate in the development of effective oral presentations for existing or potential clients, individually or in collaboration with team members;Participate in the development of computer tools to improve productivity.How this opportunity is differentThis is an exciting opportunity for students to learn, contribute, and gain real-world work experience in a collaborative environment.
