Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact.

Throughout the 11 months you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration

and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity to work with all levels of the organization and work with different functions in helping the company achieve its goal of becoming a data-driven company.

You will support the business planning team and work closely with our commercial sales teams to turn data on how we are performing in the marketplace into actionable insights and improve visibility into point-of-sale performance.

Our function aims to enable the company to react to changes and trends as well as to identify risks and opportunities. Rookie responsibilities will also consist of participating in key projects as well as tool building/management.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Assist in performance reporting, creation of dashboards (Tableau interface) summarizing retailer KPIs.

Deep dives into categories / brand marketing performance / demand peaks to support the prospective and performance-driven approach of a suitable product assortment

Support cross-POD strategic projects (e.g. performance dashboards) with forward-looking trend tools, and central tools for sales supporting functions

Work cross-functionally on central reporting projects

Education And / Or Experience

Additional Skills and Attributes:

Interest in the consumer and understanding of commercial business

Microsoft Excel skills required

Tableau experience a plus

Education and Experience:

Applicants with experience in business administration, economics, statistics, sport, IT, consumer insights or retail industry welcome

Eligibility;

You need to have the following

EU Citizenship or Enrolled in a study

If you are not enrolled in a study, you can still meet the criteria with an EU Citizenship by having a completed a Bachelors or Masters in the last 2 years.

Relocate to Amsterdam for 11 months? Sep 2022 - July 2023. Relocation is not offered.
