We call this Smart Working! The Opportunity: This role is responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders with management of a portfolio of mainly global and corporate client claims from initiation through to resolution. You’ll be dealing with a broad and diverse range of risk classes, mainly across Property and Professional Indemnity, as well as various other products.  Key responsibilities will include: Provide strategic advice to the client through the life of the claimAdvocating on behalf of your clientUndertaking presentations to the client on their claims risksDeveloping strong client and insurer relationships to help facilitate successful outcomes on claimsAccurate claims reporting and analysis About you: You will have gravitas, polished communication skills and a passion for teamwork You are someone that has natural curiosity for best practice, and always thinks of ways to strive for excellenceYou will have relevant claims experience from within the insurance industry, or from a legal practiceYou will be outcome focused and able to overcome obstacles whilst maintaining a positive attitude  About Us:We’re a team of authentic and inquisitive individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
