Position summary
: You will be part of the newest initiative at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Group – Retail Media. This unit is responsible for shaping and realizing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s play in Retail Media space by partnering and working with retailers in the US.
It’s a unique and rare opportunity of helping shape a B2B SaaS play into the most exiting space of Retail Media ground up. The exposure and learnings will be unparalleled.
In this role:
You will help strategize, research and analyze retail enterprises that can become effective & high conversion leads for BD team
You will have ownership on the leads volume & quality to keep BD function running optimally and achieve its revenue goal.
You will constantly seek feedback from BD process to see what kind of enterprises and leads are more effective and optimize the process accordingly
You will drive impact across all other BD process in terms of content creation & product packaging that will help increase conversion rate of the lead list
You will have high visibility into full sales funnel and offer highest degree of learning and grooming of setting up a new business with an opportunity to move into a fulltime Sales and BD function.

You are keen to explore, know and structure in your understanding how different enterprises and their business models work. You like to explore different pre-sales tools and bring the right one in-house for efficient delivery on goals

You can very naturally find, evolve and deploy ways to work with people from diverse back grounds, regions and time zones
Self-motivated & Result Oriented
: You tend to prioritize answers, ideas and solutions over questions. You are not easily let down if something doesn’t work and are motivated enough to try other things till you achieve desired results
What will you be doing:
You will be analyzing various Retail & E-Commerce enterprises, their business models, technical set ups, team structures
You will append additional information about these enterprises that can help analytically prioritize, package offerings and approach the account
You will help in crafting and refining our Go-to Market Messaging and help us take this business off the grounds and win first few deals.
