Your role will make a difference in the company. You will learn what it takes to be successful in your chosen career path. Secondly, you will gain exposure to corporate culture, intern comradery, and training to aid in future career successes: LinkedIn, resume review, happy hours, intern virtual game nights, mock interviews, corporate leadership meet and greets and much more. Lastly, interns will collaborate on the \u0026ldquo;Pay-It-Forward Project\u0026rdquo; \u0026ndash; the development of a resource to be utilized for future program participants or to advance major company initiatives.\u0026nbsp; At the conclusion of the program, interns will participate in a final presentation for senior executives by showcasing their abilities and experience throughout the summer. \u003cli\u003eCraft communications and a continual communication strategy for diversity, equity, and inclusion - including writing articles for the intranet.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork with the employee resource groups to assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion program planning and execution.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform demographic data analysis, including trend and correlation analysis. This includes comparison to industry trends.\u003c/li\u003e
