We are looking for a Project Manager to support our creative team. Well organized and flexible, the Creative Project Manager will work across the creative team as well as stakeholders in marketing and across the organization to ensure our creative needs and asset creation are running smoothly. They will facilitate kickoff meetings to engage the client and gather information and understand the overall direction of the campaign and/or creative request. The CPM will proactively work with members of the creative team to ensure jobs are moving toward completion. Working with the Creative DIrector, the Creative Project Manager will also run and utilize our project management system to assign jobs and ensure tracking is accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Support communications between the creative team and stakeholders re: status and schedule of creative deliverables
Run & support kickoff meetings meetings as needed; be responsible for communication with key internal contacts
Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables
Assist in managing the campaign process and updating of all materials
Ensure on time, accurate program execution
Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and proactive in evaluating recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal tools and processes
Flexible in supporting the creative team on a wide variety of administrative duties
Strong client relationships at the administrative level
Coordinating, scheduling of meetings; taking notes and distributing; follow up on actions
