Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting the Tyson Foodservice Sales and Channel Development team with projects related to existing core business as well as newly developing business needs. This internship will provide the successful candidate with real world experiences working in Excel, data research, creating PowerPoint presentations and assisting managers with their project needs. The ideal candidate must be intellectually curious, proactive, a self-starter and self-motivated with a passion to assist Tyson Foods in becoming the global innovative leader of food experiences. Based on initiative, this position offers the potential for a career path in multiple business disciplines including channel development, marketing, sales, and sales development

Requirements:

Seeking business, communication, agri-business, advertising/PR degree candidates in good standing; entering junior or senior year of a four-year accredited university

Previous work experience in any field required; previous experience in an office environment preferred

Proficient in MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfort in presenting to various levels of management in the organization.

The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and is excited to learn more about Tyson Foods

Must have a high attention to detail and the ability to project plan and prioritize workload
