As part of Aon’s Rewards Solutions practice, you will help empower results for McLagan clients by delivering financial services compensation surveys and consulting. McLagan surveys are the backbone to our industry-specific performance and advisory work. We are looking for students to intern in the Summer of 2023 in our Stamford, CT Headquarters. Your impact as an Aon Summer Intern: Interns will have an opportunity to work alongside senior consultants in the development of consulting projects and annual compensation studies. Interns will gain exposure to various segments of the financial services industry, including Asset Management, Private Banking and Investment Banking/Capital Markets. Day to day duties might include the following:Reviewing firm compensation information, as well as, resolving data issues with clientsAssisting in the preparation of compensation statistics for final survey publicationAssisting in the preparation of client deliverables for a variety of consulting projectsPerforming industry and financial research Support consultants on ad hoc data analysis and research projects Skills and experience that will lead to successStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsOrganizedCareful attention to detailCreative and proactive problem solving skillsWorks well under pressureWorks well with others as well as individually Willingness to work overtime (as needed) Education & Application Information:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with a displayed interest in both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of problem solving (through choice of major, work experience and/or participation in school organizations). Applicants for this role should graduate between December 2023 – June 2024 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for U.S. office locations. Upon successful completion of the Aon Summer Internship Program, highly qualified interns may be offered post-graduation full‐time positions within the Launch Program, Aon’s Early Career Development Program.
