Job Summary
The role will support program ideation and steps to operationalize and launch into 3 call centers as well as ad-hoc analytical requests and supporting recognition programs and insights into rep best practices. Our team fits the company's goals by driving down SMB Data (Business Internet lines/connections) Churn and increasing Mobile line sales. Our department is located at HQ and we support Comcast Business' Inside Sales & Loyalty Channels across all 3 divisions.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Pull data from Tableau websites, listen to loyalty rep calls and share good/great clips and upload approved clips for all of loyalty to enjoy listening to, summarize results from recognition incentives and prepare the recognition emails that will be distributed to call centers.
Regular, Consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
Ability to work 40 hours the entire duration of the program
Authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future
Preferred Skills:
Organized, Time Management skills, MS word, excel and PowerPoint skills, and ability to extract data from online reporting tools.
Pay:
The range for this role is $18-$20/hour and is based on the academic level of achievement and business structure:
Rising Sophomore: $18/hour
Rising Junior: $19/hour
Rising Senior: $20/hour

Base Pay: $18.00
