Biotech Internship Jobs description

A biotech internship is responsible for assisting various department members with administrative help. Duties include preparing reports for biotech scientists, clinical researchers, research associates; coordinating with people from other departments; writing articles on biotechnology; attending telephone calls; assisting in research activities; performing administrative tasks like scheduling conferences; maintaining databases; performing other tasks assigned by the clinical manager and preparation of both technical and research reports for the departments. A biotech intern typically reports to a clinical manager.
A biotech internship is generally offered to students pursuing science studies or those who are in pursuit of a biotech career. Excellent academic credentials are required. Familiarity with Word and Excel is essential. Some biotech internships may be paid or may offer stipends. Strong fluency in English may be required. Some organizations may refer to similar position as a clinical intern.
